In the absence of any current association and rules (that can be found online) around radio controlled land yachts, we decided to come up with our own set of guidelines although there is a similarity to previous RC land yachting class rules from the US. We tentatively call them OLYs.

They differ from many other RC land yachts in that they are sailed with any of the Dragonforce 65 (DF65) rigs (mainsail only). It’s just for fun and we really don’t care whether anyone disagrees with what we are doing…

Build your own and have a crack. It’s a lot of fun and very challenging as well.
