RC Land Yachts are subject to the same rules when racing as nautical craft apart from;

RULE 18 CHANGE. Buoy room is extended to 4 metres (a bit over 6 boat lengths) due to the speed of these yachts.

Whilst rules are necessary for racing, please don’t forget to have a good time sailing these craft. It can be very fast, so accidents are bound to happen. Laugh it off and give each other a bit more space next time…
